This policy explains what personal data is collected by Retail Space Global LLP (hereinafter referred to as RSG) on the rsg.kz website, why it is needed and what we do with it. The policy has been drawn up in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Personal Data and Their Protection”.

What data do we collect?

We only collect what you provide on the application form: name, phone number, and message if you wrote one. Along with the application, the address of the page from which it was sent and the object are saved, if the application concerns a specific premises - without this we will not understand what you are asking about.

Separately, without your participation, web analytics services collect anonymized data about your visit: device type, browser, referral source, pages viewed. We cannot link them to a specific person.

Why do we use them

Only to respond to your request: call back, write on WhatsApp, send information on an object or service. We do not sell or share your information with third parties for advertising purposes or send you unsubscribed emails.

Who do we give them to?

These applications are seen by the RSG broker or consultant who will work with you. Applications are stored in our application recording system. If the object belongs to a third-party owner, we tell him only what is necessary for the transaction, and only after your request.

How long do we keep them?

While work on your request is ongoing and for three years after the last contact, this period is needed to return to the history of negotiations if you contact us again. Then the data is deleted.

Your rights

You can request what data we hold about you, request it be corrected or deleted, or withdraw your consent to processing. To do this, call +7 700 228 64 61 or write to us on WhatsApp. We will respond within one business day and delete the data within ten business days.

How do we protect them?

The site operates over a secure connection (HTTPS). Only employees who need it for work have access to applications.
