Landscaping
The area around the object works in the same way as a trading floor: a person decides whether to enter or pass by. We design entrances, parking, routes and sites so that the flow gets inside and does not go around the building.
What is included in the work
Entrances and parking
Transport scheme, entrances and exits, parking capacity and markings, unloading area.
Walking routes
Connections with stops and neighboring blocks, entrances, crossings and pedestrian safety.
Environment
Landscaping, small architectural forms, summer areas and recreation areas, seasonal use scenarios.
Light and navigation
Territory lighting, external navigation, placement of signs and indicators.
What do you get
Landscaping
General idea: how a person drives up, parks and gets to the entrance and what he sees along the way.
Transport and pedestrians
Entrances and exits, parking and unloading, routes from bus stops and neighboring areas.
Landscaping and MAF
Plantings, coverings, benches and canopies, summer areas - taking into account winter and maintenance costs.

Frequently asked questions
Is landscaping ordered separately?
Yes, most often this is a modification of an existing facility: parking is inadequate, the entrance is not obvious, the summer area is empty.
Is landscaping included in the preliminary design?
Basic transport scheme and landing of the object on the site - yes. Detailed solutions for landscaping, platforms, lighting and navigation are being developed at a separate stage.
What to do if there is not enough parking?
We consider the real need in terms of format and traffic and look at options: redistribution of seats, changes in traffic patterns, an additional level, neighboring sites.
Are you working with a built object?
Yes. For existing properties, this is usually part of a reconception: the territory and entrance groups change along with the rental mix.
