How is this different from brokerage?
Brokerage is transactions: searching for tenants and buyers, negotiations, contracts. Commercialization is broader: it starts with strategy and materials and ends with a completed object. Brokerage is included as part of it.
Are you working on an object that you didn't design?
Yes. We start with an analysis of the property and the market: what can be sold and rented out at today’s rates and what changes are preventing this.
Is there a direct connection to the network?
Yes, the brokerage department has direct contacts with the largest networks in Kazakhstan, some of which have already opened in RSG facilities.
When to start promoting?
Before opening. Anchor tenants make decisions months in advance, and it is cheaper to change plans for them on paper than on a construction site.
