How does architectural supervision differ from technical supervision?
Technical supervision is responsible for the quality of work and compliance with standards. Author's - for the fact that the object remains what was intended: layout, cutting, materials, appearance.
Is it necessary to order supervision from the author of the concept?
Not necessarily, but otherwise there is no one to defend the decision. Changes at a construction site almost always go towards simplification, and the object loses exactly what it gained from its competitors.
How often do you visit the site?
The schedule of visits is fixed in the contract and tied to the stages of work, and not to the calendar.
Is it possible to involve supervision if you were not the one who did the project?
